Pros

When i started here this was one of the best company's to work for. The benefits were great, the pay was great and employees actually felt like they mattered. Manager is very approachable and understands life happens, however I feel that was more so a personal relationship. Management does not make employees feel comfortable with issues or concerns.

Cons

Over time, the pay structure was revamped. There are now pay brackets, which means no pay raise unless you promote. There are more people then there are promotions, and with out getting a merit raise like we used to, you're basically working to achieve white glove service with no incentive to do so. The quality of the new employees have diminished and its not even worth making the best of it. Nobody can stay in one job and cap off at what they're getting paid. Not realistic.

Pros

None whatsoever. This is one of the worst company. It's not a company at all.

Cons

1. This company is best suited for donkeys. Every one is the same here. Third grade scam of a company. Let's wish it perishes to death. 2. I turned left I saw a donkey. Right, there was a donkey. HR department a donkey. Operations department a donkey. It's like there are no human beings at all. 3. An employee's father passed away, and the company was not even slightly compassionate. Disgusting people. 4. How is it that we have an environment with no humanity? How is it that everyone is a heartless donkey here?

Pros

Better than sleeping in my car using a big smelly dog for a pillow.

Cons

Many quality employees have given years to this company in hope of becoming permanent but have been passed over for less qualified, less experienced people with connections. System issues are a plague and the more the IT dept tries to tweak the systems, the more they screw things up. When WTW acquired this company, they promised things would change. They did. It's worse. Supervisors and managers are not held accountable for some of the stupid things they say and do. The non-retaliation policy is a joke. Many employees with lousy supervisors are afraid to take issues such as harassment or incompetence to HR because of vindictive supervisors and managers. There is no consistent doctrine between supervisors and every time we go to a new team we have to learn new rules and procedures, some of which are just plain wrong. And we change teams way too often. Pay is touted as "above industry standard." No, it's not. Maybe if they're referring to the telemarketing industry--and this is not a telemarketing job. We are, or at least are supposed to be, insurance professionals and should be paid more for the complex job that we do.
