Career enablement, even for admins is present (but this depends on the line of business you're working with) Team doles out challenging work if you want to be more than administrative, and want to expand knowledge Overall, local team will find career opportunities for you if you prove your merit and work hard enough Benefits are great

Cons

Going above and beyond is recognized, but not with compensation Other admins get away with murder here and they get paid more because of their tenure here

The work from home option.

Cons

Slave labor. You’re just a pawn to someone else getting rich. Any concern you have about the hours gets you in trouble. As in we don’t care about you, just get back to work. Someone’s head is always on the chopping block. ALWAYS. I was an amazing performer then in one month went to a terrible performer? UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS!!!!
