Pros

The people are amazing. The true highlight of the job.

Cons

Underpaid, overworked, expected to bend over backwards for everyone. They sell the true 'dream job' atmosphere - open concept layout, work from home capabilities, great work life balance. The work from home is only available so you can work from home after hours to finish the work that your teams have because there are unreasonable deadline. The open concept allows for everyone to know your business and lacks privacy. There is no work life balance.

Pros

The only real benefit to working at this company is getting to work with the retirees.

Cons

This is a money driven company that throws away good employees to make an extra dollar. They are known for keeping seasonal employee in the "Seasonal" status for years at a time preventing them from obtaining benefits. During my time their they did mass layoffs. Had an employee commit suicide in the parking lot. Decreased wages and commissions. Gave out signed offer letters for full-time employment and then fired those same employees anyway.

Pros

The people who you are hired in with become your best friends Development of analytic skills is excellent

Cons

Impossible billable hours goal that will have you working late weekdays, weekends, and holidays to meet Leadership and anyone above an analyst level is so overwhelmed that they do not take time to develop you and then submit bad feedback for everything that was out of your control and to cover their own butt Advertise a bonus but the bonus pool never starts at 100 percent. Meaning you can reach your billable hour goal, even exceed it and they will still have an excuse as to why they cannot give you 100%. Leadership picks favorites on who gets what amount. Claim you can work from home whenever you want but make you feel terrible when you need to and put all these added stipulations. You will work 50+ hours and still be forced to take PTO if you are not in the office 9-4. You do NOT get a raise with promotions. They role it into your yearly, they believe that giving you a 3-5% raise each year is doing you a huge favor and you should be grateful even though you average 50 hours a week and ask you to people manage and lead trainings. Tell you not to pass exams so they do not have to pay you more. If you do pass exams they will not move you to a position that you deserve. They have let so many rockstars walk away because of this. Consulting will be promoted in less than 2 years and have less analytical skills than you but since you are ASC they make you adhere to these outrageous ‘competencies’ I am sure this company used to be great but they have turned and now value profit over people.
