      Pros

      Complete support of management who support thinking outside the box. Access to top executives who listen. Global teamwork is incredible. We have practice leaders who are recognized experts in their field and they are not siloed like our competitors. If we need the advice of a Captive expert in Dublin, he or she is flown in at no cost to the local office. With a presence in over 100 countries, each Network Country Manager will answer any question instantly. This company stands alone in it's atitude toward its employees and its global teamwork.

      Cons

      None. Healthcare package could stand tweaking but that's typical of any large company.

      Pros

      Willis is a large company with many technial areas. Any person with a drive to succeed and a strong work ethic would do very well. With Willis it's truly all about what you put into it. The IT leadership recognizes those persons that go above and beyond and gives them the opportunities to succeed.

      Cons

      Willis is in the midst of a power struggle between its UK and North American operations. There are opposing phylosophies at play. These cultural differences cause a constant headache on both sides making real progress twice as hard as it should be.
