Under the leadership of our relatively new CEO, we are systematically looking at our internal systems and simplifying things where it makes sense to. We’re working hard for positive change. A great example of this is the roll out of Willis’s new Values: integrity, advocacy , teamwork, respect and development. We feel these are paving the way for Willis’s continued success in the global market.
