- Great environment and people - Seniors are patient enough to teach you - Projects that WSP is involved in is amazing - Build your career at one of the top consulting firms in the world

Cons

- Sent out consistently to perform soil and rock testing for long periods of time. I prefer a hybrid environment. - Senior management was awful. Blaming me for things that wasn't even my fault. Falsely accused me of not taking instructions when I literally typed everything he said to me on my notepad.

Offer decent flexibility for hybrid work

Cons

Extremely high pressured environment with terrible management system and poor communication within departments. No support offered and they expect you to have the answer for everything. Micromanagement from seniors who are only trying to get a promotion and couldn’t care less how they go about it.
