      Not enough management... I know, let's add another level! And make stricter deadlines and work our already overworked staff harder and put hiring freezes in places. That's cool. I hope you pick up on the sarcasm that is intend with.

      Some of the new leadership appear to want to move forward. Many strides in the right direction.

      Cons

      No technology or systems investment and they are antiquated! Ethics and leadership of a few are preventing real positive progression from occurring in some key areas.
