      Pros

      Generally good people to work with in your immediate team, immediate bosses and those underneath you. Benefits are good. flexible work schedule if you manage and get your work done. Part work from home.

      Cons

      High turnover which has to be constantly managed. Very corporate feel and terrible processes. I feel like they nickel and dime you and erode your salary even though hourly rate increases each year (reduce hours, limit ot, 7.5 hour days even if your work more, etc.). Bonus structure is very calculated with very little thought on individual performance or extra work completed, and is largely based on how the corporation does and not an individual or immediate team group.

      Severe harassment, retaliation, and assault

      Nothing avoid at all costs

      Cons

      Racist, sexist, ableist, misleads clients on contracts, lies about billed hours on invoices to clients, does not investigate harassment complaints and retaliated by threatening reporting US Citizen employees to the US government for “falsified resident documents”. Senior executive admin physically assaulted staff and the office manager told the staff if they filed a police report they would be fired. Complaint was reported to HR who covered up the harassment complaint. 5 unique complaints with over 20 double-sided pages of evidence was submitted against a Business Lead. HR happened to “misplace” the report each time. The victim was fired.

      Pros

      -Good variety of projects, even if your role is very niche. -Work/life balance is pretty good for those not at a senior level. -Lots of help and support towards chartership. -Open, spacious and modern offices (for the most part)

      Cons

      -Pay is pretty bad. No bonuses unless your refer someone. -The benefits are a bit boring, especially for those early on in their career. -Not very accommodating for those who struggle with working in office. -The remote/flexible/hybrid seems to keep getting less and less. I'm waiting for the notification that we are going back to 5 days in office. -The southern offices get pick of the best jobs and as it comes up North, we get left with the mediocre projects.
