Excellent company and will be a part of history. Major projects that will withstand the test of time. Upper management most considerate of all employees. Great salaries and backing of next level management. Team work was the greatest with fellow employees.

Cons

Middle management has and uses the "Good Ole Boy Syndrome". Professional skills ignored if employee migrated from another industry, especially if different from middle management.

Progression within large projects limited. Employee progression not seriously looked at in an organized way. HR in Middle East very poor.
