Pros

I have no pros to offer-left as soon as I was able.

Cons

-poor salary compared to market -extremely poor benefit package -absolutely NO employee recognition, professional development, etc -corporate red tape abounds and politics are rampant to a degree unfathomable in a professional setting -poor company culture is established from top management down!! -managers have very little respect for their employees: no showing for meetings, no meeting management, being unprepared, etc

Pros

I can't name a single positive thing about this company. I would put 0 stars if possible.

Cons

The company pays very poorly. They are slave drivers who emotionally abuse young engineers. They will work you to the absolute bone. There are executives at this company who get paid millions of dollars per year but do not do any chargeable work whatsoever. They are leeches that steal the fruits of young engineers' labour. This is a toxic company managed by snakes in the grass. They do not invest in proper equipment or tools to make employees more productive or efficient. They do not even invest in enough desks for all their employees. The laptops they supply barely run CAD software. They locate their offices in disgusting homeless-infested downtown locations with outrageously expensive parking rates (wage theft). The benefits offered to employees are a disgrace. There is no reason for a consulting firm to be this big. Eventually, they will run out of companies to acquire, the share price will collapse, and the entire company will fail like the Soviet Union. Managers will berate you in front of clients. Managers will not support your career development.
