Pros

There seems to be change happening all the time, and the company is growing through acquisition. The company is doing the right things to become the biggest player in the market including making sure they focus on people.

Cons

There is some growing pains and understanding what changes are in the pipeline for the region and how much global will attempt to step in and run the regions.

Good place to work

Pros

Great team, competitive salary, good resources (work tools, access to experts in many fields), management is approachable, technical teams have lots of autonomy. Flexible hours.

Cons

Tedious administrative procedures, not adapted to fast paced sectors with lots of small projects. Company takes itself a bit too seriously, pushing the brand on employees at every opportunity. High expectations for productivity, sometimes unrealistic timelines.
