Pros

My first job and possibly my last love working for WSP. They are willing to listen to you and allow you to make your own path. They encourage travel inter company and you can virtually pick anywhere on the planet to work and we have an office.

Cons

Due to the corporate Nate of the business we do seam to have a lot of boards. Can be hard to stand out with so many incredibly talented people around.

Nothing, crap pay, not enough workers to be able to put in for PTO.

Cons

No pay raises, no bonuses, our management steals our holiday pay and switches our pay to reflect just regular hours from OT. My boss laughs when asked about raises or bonuses. We all have a feeling our boss is aloes money for pay raises and bonuses but we have never seen a dime of neither.

Not many that I can think of. Benefits are better elsewhere. You may have a chance to progress if your manager likes you and you can make “meaningful” contacts.

Cons

They make sure you know you are disposable. Managers do not care about their staff. Bad environment and atmosphere. You get the picture.
