1. Most of the Managers & Team Leads are very friendly 2. You get a lot of free time to explore new technology 3. Less stress-free company

Cons

1. No onsite opportunities (Even for the short term) 2. Not a high-paying company 3. HR people are very lazy, don't expect even for your onboarding kit 4. HR people become very rude when you ask to start a negotiation (I had a bad experience during my interview time)
