- Great relationship with leaders, no feeling of hierarchy, everyone is approachable - Multinational setting allows for opportunities in different countries -

Cons

- Decisions take time - Still adapting to new ways of working and remote work policies - Not so clear career path. Sometimes easier to apply to different positions in the Group to grow, than to get a promotion in your current role

They take care of their personnel very well. They make sure everyone is feeling welcomed and make sure that everyone follows the "no bullying policy". They look at the risks and fix them immediately. The treatment of the staff is very good. Everyone treats everyone equally.

There is No cons so far discovered during all my time here.
