The transport business is about to change and never again be the same as it was in the past. Volvo Group is leading today and have all it need to have in order to become the electric mobility company of the future. It has the money, it has the skill set, it has the market, it has the products.

Cons

As all big companies the bigest threat of succeeding is the own organisation. Having a big organisation will always lead to resistance to change. The structure is in many areas too big which means it will be impossible to make the change needed in the time needed. The new business need to have the straights of the company not the governance of a old industry.
