      1. Poor management, extreme hierarchy 2. Extremely slow-paced; a simple signature takes 2-3 weeks 3. The management has some people who keep replacing worthy people with their own friends/family - taking wrong advantage of their position 4. If you voice something negative against your manager, chances are - the higher management will bench you gradually, rather than take some action against the wrong-doer.
