Pros

I have been working in Volvo from past 2 years . Worked in a variety of projects based on Azure Tech stack .From learning experience , its quite good . Got plenty of opportunities to work on variety of different tools in Azure Tech stack . Work Life balance is good , Work Culture is also excellent . Plenty of Growth & learning opportunities . Volvo Group has gone through major transformation from data perspective in last 2 years and lot of positive changes are happening in right direction. Tie up with Multiple learning platforms available like Udemy , Pluralsight & Microsoft ESI which helps to gear up on emerging technologies.

Cons

Medical insurance benefits not up to the mark , Could have been way better , HR processes too slow and difficult to get things done smoothly .
