- Very competitive benefits with lots of vacation to start. - Opportunity to move vertically or horizontally. - Supportive Managers and co-workers. - Some electric chargers for EVs for free charging.

Cons

- Leadership does not take smart risks, or plan aggressively for the future (reactive, not proactive). - Need a car to get to a job that makes buses (oh the irony. To be fair, when the REM is fully built, it will be easier to acces by public transit from Montreal, than by car) - Pay is decent, but average, if not slightly below average.
