      5 days office policy now Worst canteen every quater vendor is changed. Avg hike 5-8% and bonus also 60% you will get.

      Cons

      Volvo India HR keep changing the policy. 24 by 7 projects support and mantience projects. No new project setting up layoff by calling 5 days office and micromanagement in teams. Forcing employee to work 24 hours with on call support. Regional politics where sweden people are alway in upper hand and indian people are still treated as salves. No carrer growth as Azure project are very few. Sweden people are ruin the Volvo core values and ethics by forcing the employees to work 9 hour and then remaining hours on call support. You will automatically leave the organization with this stupid steup. Capgemini people are also parallel ruin the work culture of Volvo.
