      Great company with unqualified supervisors/managers

      Pros

      Great company with competitive pay and benefits. Good 401k and great insurance benefits along with a good amount of time off

      Cons

      While the company is great the managers and supervisors within the company seem way in over their heads and know less than most of the people they're supposed to be over. All in all most are unqualified for their job

      Pros

      Salary and Benefits are good. Hasn't been the same since the recession, as cost cutting has been and remains to be the main driver in managements "opportunities", to better the company.

      Cons

      Antiquated in many aspects of supply chain management. Takes a long time for systems streamlining to catch up with day to day operations and materials flow enhancements.
