Impossible to get fired. Ever.

Cons

Impossible to get fired, which means far too many people holding on to their desks for far too long. Most people have no interest beyond their immediate surrounding area in the org chart. It's basically a group of so-called "managers" who "coordinate" and "facilitate", but do not actually execute or innovate.

There is a lot of corporate politics due to the nature of so many international positions. It is a cut throat corporate environment. They say they are all about the employee but you feel like you don't have a voice and its sort of dog eat dog.
