      Pros

      Heaven for Mallus Generally good for other south Indians Hell for North Indians

      Cons

      Never join this company if you are a north Indian. You will never be able to survive the Mallu politics. Only Mallus get salary increments, career opportunities and they are part of every initiative which can give them undue visibility. If you are ever get an interview call, dont forget to ask how come 40+% people are from a Kerla which has only 3% of population of India.

      Good work life balance. Friendly colleagues. Good quality products.

      Cons

      Low moral standards of top management (APAC region). Only want bootlickers and yes-man in the inner circle. Very toxic environment if you aim to climb the company corporate ladder. Not receptive of diverse opinions.
