      Pros

      Love the office amenities. Very physically comfortable and clean.

      Cons

      Lack of management accountability. Slow to commit to employee benefits. Large outsoucing and temp to perm positions and termination of positions after over a year commitment to avoid long term company hiring. Large favoritism issue here. Big on internal reorganization to help hide inadequacy.
