      1.Good work life balance depends on project manager 2.Bonus pay which is out of CTC 3.Good leave and health insurance policies

      1.Less priority to employees especially during covid 19 pandemic employees were literally forced to come office . 2. No recognition/ promotions to those who are deserved..No Cartier growth .. only favourites will get the same (slaves ) 3. No on-site travel
