      Nova Bus has very motivated teams all working towards the transition to zero-emission buses. We are lucky to be in a business where we can support our collective goals of reducing GHG emissions by providing sustainable solutions to public transit. Working conditions are also excellent: the company truly values its employees.

      Cons

      Like every other manufacturing company, Nova Bus has suffered from the impacts of COVID on transit ridership and from supply chain disruptions. There are many challenges to overcome and everyone needs to work hard to continue to succeed.
