      Pros

      Its a large successful company that offers good benefits and competitive wages. The rural and suburban area is very beautiful and we are close to DC/Baltimore metropolitan.

      Cons

      In a large company you can sometimes feel like a number and that you don't matter much. You have to be patient as things can move a lot slower in a large organization

      Pros

      Volvo trucks offers a lot of opportunities to advance and move within the company. There are tons of nice people here and I enjoyed my job.

      Cons

      I was not a big fan of the Greensboro area. I had a hard time finding things to do on the weekends and the summers are really hot.
