      My salary has been decent.

      Cons

      Work environment, attitudes of management and working conditions etc. Strong air of elitism permeating the management team. Not consensus driven. Skill level in general within company is low. Have to fight a lot against the stream to make things happen. Oftentimes decisions higher up are disconnected from the operations/not well informed generating frustration and rework. Limited growth opportunities, "the one who is good at its job is kept doing that job" mentality.
