Pros

Stable company, interesting domain, It is ok if you have Swedish managers, if not the atmosphere is bad

Cons

Bad atmosphere if your manager is not Swedish; some managers does not feel work-life balance and it is not nice

Pros

Respect for People, Respect for Environment, Flexible working Hours, Work Life balance, International Expierience, Employee oriented Salay structure, Good Co-operation and Culture.

Cons

Some what unclear growth Process. Not providing bonus promised at joining in the name of company performance, but at the same time giving away money to contract employees without any problems.There can be a sense that the policies are favourable for contractors to be at customer site for long, but VIT employees dont have that flexibility due to ancient policies that have not been revised. This might be a SIte India only issue. But , In spite of these issues, you feel like coming to office and work with a great international team that respoects you and values you.
