Pros

Best thing is work life balance which is good. Less Work Pressure if u are in project and u can happily leave early and enjoy a good balance.

Cons

Bad politics. Swedish Expats run the show who dont understand politics in office. Lots of mallu influence in management teams. Lots of buddy gangs from same old companies scratching eachother backs. Old technology and less learning. Less onsite possibilities.

The benefits are good. The work is interesting. A very environmentally conscious company. The work environment is very nice. Presently the invest well in R&D.

Cons

They are cheap. They suffer from problems that most big companies have. They are slow to make decisions and approvals take too long. IT is a huge drag and prevents me from being productive.
