      good benefits, good pay, good work environment, good people generally speaking

      Cons

      It is very easy to get pigion holed and stuck if you have many years in the company. there is a ceiling with no where to go unless someone leaves. Anual raises in a job or 2-3% max, so if you have no where to advance it takes a long time for your pay to increase.
