Pros
The technologies were very interesting as well as working globally with teams in Sweden and France. The company culture was family oriented and it certainly would never be considered a sweat shop.
Cons
Maybe because the culture was so layed back it seemed to be acceptable if deadlines were not met. Much of the management seems to be promoted from within and seem to lack some real world experience and in many cases seemed to be promoted for the commitment to the company rather than on their management ability.
