      Pros

      - Volvo group as such is a very good employer but not Volvo India. - It all depends on your manager and your region where you are native from. - If you want to do some admin, post man kind of job which most of the managers do, you will grow a lot. Less work more show is the mantra.

      Cons

      - Here most of the people are from Kerala and they encourage Keralites. Malayalam is the second official language. - It recently started that north indian people started giving preference to north indians. - If you are a technical guy, this is not the place for you. - You will find the worst HR here who will never come to the employees.

      -Pay scale slightly above market standard. -Professional work environment. -Exposure to European Clients/Customers -Travel to Sweden and other countries for short duration.

      Cons

      -Not many projects. -European clients very demanding and very difficult to handle. -over burdened employees.
