      Volvo is currently undergoing (2013 Nov) lot of Ecnomic criss that is reflecting in the culture so the pro's are getting vanished like onsite, product based culture. The learning will be good, everything is process oriented but not as much big service based company Salary is up to industry standard Hikes are okay but economic crisis may affect

      learning process will saturate after sometime because common framework is used across projects
