Wonderful benefits; opportunity for international travel; diverse workforce and you get to meet people from around the globe; ability to grow with the company; work/life balance.

Cons

Reorganizations of the company; time zone differences for colleagues around the world mean that sometimes meeting are held outside of normal business hours.
