Pros
Volvo is a great company to work for with a great leadership staff who are willing to share their wisdom if you are willing to learn. Days arent stressful, people get along, there are tons of extra benefits on the side. If you are not happy in your position, its not that hard to move between departments.
Cons
For me, I am a highly driven person who puts a lot of passion into their work, so I look for hard challenging projects constantly (I get really into my work). Over time I found myself getting bored and not being challenged to a level I desire.
