      Pros

      Very laid back, there are lots of opportunities to make and impact. The people are diverse, and it is easy to have a great work life balance. Hagerstown is a decent pace to live close to many major cities on the east coast. Low cost of living and the occasional thing to do.

      Cons

      Not much formal training for Co-Ops it seems disorganized at times. It is a big company with some red tape at times. Weather is cold in the winter and humid in the summer. You will be living with roommate if you live in Kaplan (but its free :) )
