      Pros

      Empowered to make improvements. They are willing to spend money to improve. Great prioritization methodology.

      Cons

      Uses proprietary IT systems to manage production control. Takes significant time to learn how they all interact. Salary was average to below average. Poor succession planning and career path development.

      Pros

      Performance driven, and nimble with a "can do" mindset. Delivery based mindset, with an emphasis on technical ability and know how. Very strong team/family based mentality.

      Cons

      Limited career advancement. This is due to size of engineering staff at site. There is also a perception that upper management positions (even for local site) are open only to Swedish nationals.
