Pros

great company culture, a lot of events for interns. All interns live together, many carpool to work with one another. Projects were relevant to what I was interested in.

Cons

Not allowed to get paid for more than 40 hours per week. Organization within HR could have been better. Direct deposit took longer than normal to set up.

Excellent work life balance and a great place to learn, hone and practice some of the most efficiently defined processes and project management practices (if that is your thing). At every level you will be managing projects. Great place for a mid level (5+ years atleast) onwards people

Cons

Relatively low on technology learning capabilities. Not a good place for begginners because you will not get the technical know how.
