A global company with opportunities to travel internationally, Hard working blue collar workforce enables the company to meet customer needs.

Cons

Leadership unwilling to take on the responsibility that comes with the authoriy. This prohibits the company from moving forward in a time where operating income is below industry expectations. Overloading the company with processes prohibits motivated employees from implementing changes to lower costs and engage the white collar workforce.
