      Pros

      Has good Swedish culture (safety and environmental conscious), slower pace of work and quality work life in general. Great colleagues and good products.

      Cons

      Very slow in making changes and decision making process is lengthy. Poor management at senior level and almost all are yes-men under the current APAC President.

      Good pay and benefits, Union, plenty of overtime, has a retirement system, There is definately room for raises and many other things
