Volvo Group offers many good opportunities with excellent benefits. The company culture and values are very inclusive. Volvo Group has a very good program for recent graduates.

Cons

Salaries are average and sometimes below market, however, benefits are above average. Skills and competences in management are not consistent and some managers are clearly not qualified for their position.

Poor management especially india management. Least bothered about employee's growth. Petty politics and favoritism. While departing even the FnF was not done for 2month . HR department in only for namesake.
