      Pros

      There are several continuous improvement programs which work towards valuing everyones input. The work is always changing and improving creating a fun place to work. the cafeteria is excellent

      Cons

      there is a slight sense of the good ol boys in upper management however it is not overbearing. being a white collar worker having a hard time to be in can be slightly overbearing at times

      Respects the individual, respects the environment, has a good development plan for the employee and it has the possibility to move in different areas and keep learning.

      Cons

      Since it is such a big company, it can take a long time for decisions to be made and to improvements to occur. Don`t expect a quick upgrade on your carrer, it take time, but you`ll be very well prepared.
