Excellent benefit package, lots of time off, low cost of health insurance. Pension and 401K. Salary is slightly below market, but benefits make up for that.

Resource constraints limit ability to get projects done efficiently.

This is the BEST job I have ever had and it has to do with the company culture (which includes the value of respect for the individual) and our leaders. They make you feel valued and appreciated and I have found my forever work home.
