      Pros

      Good package, work life balance is so so. No hastles for getting leaves and other facilities

      Cons

      No vision for the Blore site. Laid back attitude. Reactive measures rather being proactive. Decison making time is as long as a light year.

      Pros

      Volvo was a great company to work for. They believed in investing in their staff and providing opportunities for growth. The health benefits were great in North America. They had some great and supportive management and leaders.

      Cons

      Volvo is constantly restructuring and still seemed unsure of how they wanted to structure the delivery. Also in order to secure additional savings, opportunities in North America are being reduced as they are sent overseas to BPIC. Once the restructuring becomes more stable, I believe it will again be the great company that I enjoyed for many years.
