Business Outlook
Pros
Relaxed environment some days, putting out fires the next, which can be fun and challenging. Ability to travel if you show them that your worth it. A lot of knowledge in the company if you know where to look and who to make friends with.
Cons
Slow moving company, sometime burdensome processes, way too many ineffective information systems/database. Rarely hiring full-time employees, they bring consultants on and effectively give you a 3-5 year interview before giving the chance to become a full time employee.
