New CEO in Sweden may be able to "right the ship"

4 month process to change positions internally - worse for outsider people coming in. Salary below industry equivalents Mountains of processes just to get simple work done Outdated systems (some still run on COBOL) Now we have to bring in our own trash cans and separate the trash at remote locations in the building to support the elimination of a few minimum wage jobs. Really.
