I really enjoyed my employment with this company. I learned a lot about the manufacturing environment. The company gives you ample training and makes sure you have what you need to execute the job. Great benefits! Great place to work

The pay is great and the work is very manageable.

Cons

My experience has been that they generally do not hire up from within the hourly workers into salary positions. (Although I have heard of it happening once in a blue moon).
