      Wide range of opportunities and good challenges. Global environment and high probablility of working in cross-cultural teams. Very good range of benefits, and relatively good salary levels. Clear career paths and opportunities to grow in your role. Mostly good and supportive management. Can often voice opinions. Good corporate values.

      Cons

      As of 2016 there have been substantial outsourcing of infrastructure and external businesses. Unclear IT strategies have lead to low employee engagement, and many highly skilled IT professionals have left the company.
