Good Salary, Great forklift equipment Crown, Great Concrete to ride on, insurance it OK, Vacation it OK just have faith

Cons

management not true to their word because it running by third party from other country or to many Nationality trying to run the business base off where they from. Vacation can be challenge by it been so many employee in the building. Training is horrific

- Work-life balance - Trainings provided by the company

Cons

- Hard to get promoted. Volvo has a small promotional quotes, so you need to fit some formal requirements (show-off, participate in hackatons, etc.) to get promoted. - Compensation level is way less than market. Some guy from a higher management even stated on some meeting, you're free to go to find another job if you seek for a good compensation :\ - Lack of parking spaces. You have to walk for at least 10-15 minutes to your office from the closest available parking. IT Department buildings are placed near the bus plant so parking lot is shared with all the Volvo employees. - Complex bureaucracy processes. - Poor benefits.
