      Pros

      There is a good team environment, job stability, and overall good benefits. There are very good people working here. You will not only find team players but also friends who care for you.

      Cons

      It was recently announced Volvo will eliminate the hybrid way of work and become fully on-site, removing flexibility for employees and decreasing work-life balance. The learning curve is long due to the many systems used, and the processes not being well defined.

      Leadership doesn't communicate with the people at the bottom, Several duplicate roles and teams, Ending remote work when people signed hybrid contracts, the criteria for career development is not know, and a lot of inexperienced line managers that got the role based on networking and not competence.
